Progress continues at the Legacy Course as we move into the next phase of development. Recent shipments of grass arrived in December, marking an important milestone as the course begins to take shape. Earlier this month, the short game and Par 3 holes were successfully sprigged. Most recently, sprigging of the 10th Hole green was completed, as well as the first half of the 10th fairway, with an additional section programmed for early January.

Work has officially begun on the Sunset Hill bypass road. Initial construction is underway, marking an important step toward improving access and traffic flow in this area. We will continue to share updates as progress advances and key milestones are reached in the coming months.
The road serving the Beach Estates from lots 4 through 8 has now been completed. This improvement enhances access throughout the neighborhood and represents another step forward in the continued development of the Beach Estates area. We’re pleased to see this phase finalized and will share additional infrastructure updates as they become available. Work has already begun on the 2nd tier from lot 27-32.
