The new Sport and Wellness Club, exclusively for Owners, is in the final design stages. We break ground this summer and are excited to share its progress as development continues.
We’ve begun construction on the Owner-exclusive Beach Club and are excited to see preliminary grading at the site. Progress will continue throughout the summer and we will keep you updated on all developments.
Envisioning the final Clubs, we ask your input to determine the amenities most valuable to you as Owners. The road paving projects within dedicated subdivisions are underway and will progress throughout the year. Continue to watch for developments and improvements along this front.
We are in the development stages of the new, Owner-exclusive Diamante entrance. The project is on track to be completed by the end of this year.
We are working on new and exciting menu additions for the fall menu at both Izzy’s Restaurant and The Woods. While remaining true to our commitment to serve fresh, inventive and locally inspired cuisine, our chefs are crafting updated menus to provide a novel culinary experience nothing short of exceptional. Thoughtfully curated and newly conceived daily specials as well as more affordable options that feature local flavors are on the menus for your enjoyment.
At The Woods Cabo, stop in daily 3:00-5:00pm to take in our Happy Hour menu featuring special bites from the bar menu in addition to half-priced select liquor, wine, and beer. Daily specials include a delectable appetizer sampler or a sushi board curated by Chef. From July to September, The Woods Cabo will be offering 20% off all food, all day.
Also at The Woods Cabo, experience our Sunset Dinner from 5:00-6:30pm, a prix fixe culinary journey specially created by Chef Larbi Dahrouch. Indulge in bold dishes that celebrate the regional flavors of Cabo, all set against the glorious backdrop of a beautiful Cabo sunset.
We happily report that our recent course maintenance closures have allowed for significant progress and condition improvements on both El Cardonal and Dunes Course. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these necessary closures as during this time, our dedicated agronomy team completed a comprehensive range of projects to enhance the beauty, playability, and sustainability of our world-class golf courses.
Our team successfully tackled a variety of initiatives during the closure. All turf surfaces were meticulously aerified and verticut to promote and ensure the deeper root growth and optimal drainage that is crucial to healthy turf.
Our team also significantly improved the irrigation system. New lines were installed around the bunkers on holes 6, 17, and 18 to ensure precise and efficient watering in these critical areas. New irrigation was also installed on hole 4 to contribute to overall course health and water conservation efforts.
Our committed team focused on a series of improvements to Dunes Course including the ongoing cart path project. Path progress continued through holes 3, 5, and 6 to enhance the flow and aesthetics.
Additionally, our agronomy team aerified all collars for the purpose of maintaining healthy turf around the greens and carefully repaired bunker edges to ensure consistent and fair playing conditions. Finally, areas on the fairways in need of extra care were planted with plugs to promote lush and even turf throughout the course.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the results on the courses and look forward to welcoming you back to experience the improved playing conditions. Thank you again for your patience during these necessary closures to maintain our world-class golfing experience.
The grassing phase is officially underway on the Legacy Club golf course, with weekly shipments of grass arriving over the coming weeks. The practice facility, short game area, and the Par 3 course are all ready for grassing. We will continue to share updates as progress continues and we are excited to see this next phase of the course coming to life.
We are meeting additional progress milestones in cart path construction, finish shaping, bunkers, greens complexes, irrigation systems, and storm drainage. With weekly milestone completions on various holes, we look forward to providing additional updates as we watch the course come to life.
As we continue to build the course, we’re also thoughtfully shaping every aspect of the on-course experience—including the comfort station. My vision reflects our broader goal: to create the best private golf experience in all of Mexico. Rather than follow the trend of elaborate offerings that can distract from the game, we’re taking a more intentional and elevated approach—one that enhances the experience without overwhelming it or slowing it down. A classic-style turn house will serve familiar, elevated bites, while our caddie program ensures you can have whatever you want, when you want it, aligning with our private dining philosophy enjoyed at The Legacy Room. We believe this approach allows you to truly enjoy the essence of the game and experience service that goes beyond expectation.

Reminder: as an Owner, you have complimentary access to tournament grounds for this PGA TOUR event. You must register for Owner Credentials by September 30, in order to access up to two (2) custom tournament credentials and up to four (4) total credentials. An email was sent with registration instructions and we look forward to seeing you at the tournament.
