Introducing the Legacy Club App

We are pleased to introduce the new Legacy Club Cabo San Lucas app, designed to make it easier to access Legacy Club services and information, whether you are on property or planning your next visit from home.

Available for iPhone and Android, the app brings many of the resources you use most into one convenient place.

With the Legacy Club app, you can:

Book Tee Times

Reserve tee times on El Cardonal by TGR Design and Dunes Course by Davis Love III directly from your phone. Golf reservations are available to dues-paying Diamante Golf Club members.

Make Dining Reservations

Reserve a table at Izzy’s Restaurant, Legacy Room and the Sports Bar.

View the Event Calendar

Stay up to date on golf events, clinics, social gatherings, course closures and more.

Access Your Club Statement

View your club account balance and billing history.

Connect with Owner’s Concierge

Reach our concierge team directly through WhatsApp.

Contact Security

Legacy Club App Guide

Your complete guide to navigating the new Legacy Club app — everything you need to book tee times, make dining reservations, view events, track your account, and connect with our team.

How to Download
1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android)
2. Search "Legacy Club Cabo San Lucas"
3. Tap Download or Install
4. Log in with the credentials sent to you by our team

Once you've downloaded the app, follow the steps below to register or log in.

Step 1 — Enter Info

Enter Member Number, First Name and Last Name

Step 2 — Validate

Step 3 — Create Login

New Users

First-Time Registration

If you have not previously registered for the app, enter your Member Number, First Name, and Last Name on the Registration page.
You will be asked to validate the information on the second screen. Re-enter your Member Number, First Name, and Last Name.
Create your Username and Password — and you're all set!

Returning Users

Already Registered?

If you have previously registered, enter your login information — Member Number and Password — to access the new Legacy Club app.

1 — The Home Screen

When you open the app you will land on the Home Screen. At the top you will see the Legacy Club logo and the menu icon () in the top right corner. Three quick action buttons give you instant access to the most used features.

Upcoming Section

Bookings & Events

Scroll down on the home screen to see your upcoming tee times, dining reservations, and registered events all in one place. Tap View Events to browse the full calendar.

2 — Booking a Tee Time

Tap Tee Times from the home screen or select Teetime Booking from the menu. The Tee Sheet will open showing available times.

Please Note: Tee time booking through the app is available exclusively for dues-paying Golf Club Members. If you are interested in learning more about Golf Membership and unlocking this feature, please contact our Member Experience team at memberexperience@legacyclubcabo.com.

Step 1

Select Your Date

Swipe left or right on the date bar at the top, or tap Select Date to pick a specific date from the calendar.

Step 2

Choose Your Course

Tap the Golf Course(s) dropdown and select El Cardonal or The Dunes. You can also filter by time of day.

Step 3

Select & Book Your Time

Available tee times will appear as BOOK buttons showing the time. Tap your preferred time, then tap Quick Book to confirm. Each slot shows how many spots are available and which tee you will start on.

3 — Making a Dining Reservation

Tap Book Dining from the home screen or select Dining Reservation from the menu to reserve your table at any of our on-property restaurants.

Step 1

Select Your Date & Time

Tap the Date field and choose your preferred date. Then tap the Time field to select your preferred dining time.

Step 2

Choose Your Party Size

Tap Select your party size and choose the number of guests in your party.

Step 3

Select Your Restaurant

Tap the Room dropdown to choose your preferred restaurant. Available options include Izzy's Restaurant, Legacy Room, and Sports Bar.

Step 4

Confirm Your Reservation

Review your details and tap Find to search for availability, then confirm your reservation.

4 — Event Calendar

Tap View Events on the home screen to open the Event Calendar. All Legacy Club events, golf notices, and community activities are listed here by date.

Browsing

Navigate by Month

Use the < and > arrows to move between months, or tap Select Date to jump to a specific date. Tap Today to return to the current date.

Status Legend

Understanding Event Status

Registered — you are signed up
Wait List Registration — you are on the wait list
Wait List — event is full, wait list open
Event Full — no spots available

Registering

Tap any event to view its details and tap Register to sign up. You will receive a confirmation once registered.

5 — Club Statement

Tap Club Statement in the bottom navigation bar to view your account summary and billing history at any time.

The top of the screen shows your Current Balance and Balance Due at a glance.

Statements

View Past Statements

Scroll down to see Unbilled Statements (charges not yet billed) and Billed Statements by month. Tap any statement date to view a full itemized breakdown.

6 — Full App Menu

Tap the menu icon () in the top right corner of any screen to access all features of the app.

Return to your dashboard.

Settings

Update your profile and notification preferences.

Message Center

View announcements and communications from the Legacy Club team.

Teetime Booking

Book tee times on El Cardonal and The Dunes.

Tee Time Policy

Review current tee time rates and booking rules.

Dining Reservation

Reserve a table at any on-property restaurant.

Catering Services

Request catering for private events and special occasions.

Club Amenities

Explore all amenities available to you at Diamante.

Legacy Member Roster

View the homeowner and member directory.
